1. Use of Services

Our software and website are provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for lawful business purposes.
You agree to:

• Ensure that all uploaded or shared information is accurate and lawful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, source code, design assets, trademarks, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Technatomy Solutions Private Limited.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Technatomy Solutions.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

All organizational and operational data entered into our systems remain your property. We act solely as the processor and will not access, disclose, or use your data except to deliver and improve our services.
Use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive for high availability and reliability of our platforms. However, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
Technatomy Solutions is not liable for downtime, data loss, or delays resulting from such interruptions, though we take all reasonable measures to minimize impact.

6. Subscription and Payments

Access to premium modules may require a valid subscription or license agreement.

• All fees are payable as per the pricing plan agreed upon.
• Refunds are processed only under conditions explicitly mentioned in your service contract.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our platforms may integrate with third-party applications (e.g., payment gateways, messaging APIs, cloud services).
We are not responsible for third-party content, data practices, or service interruptions. Users are encouraged to review third-party privacy and security policies before integration.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Technatomy Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.

Upon termination, all rights to use the platform immediately cease, and any outstanding fees become payable.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India, unless otherwise specified in a service contract.
